On 10 September 2026, Rajah & Tann organised a seminar for Japanese clients titled “Cartels and Bid Rigging: Navigating the Minefield”.

The seminar brought together members of the Japanese business community to explore the evolving competition law landscape, covering bid-rigging and joint tendering risks, as well as the latest enforcement developments in Singapore. The speakers were Partners Kala Anandarajah, BBM (Head, Competition & Antitrust and Trade), Tanya Tang (Chief Economic and Policy Advisor), and Joshua Seet, with support from Shuhei Otsuka (Head, Japan Desk) and the Japan Desk team.
